Wellcome to “Estrategas en Barcelona” a series of conferences in which during four sessions we will critically analyse and discuss issues that are taking place in the city of Barcelona like its urban and social model, its current cultural policies, the production of knowledge and the future of the city’s economy of culture. Doing so we are interested in understanding the social and cultural consequences derived from these transformations. It will all be tanking place in the Centre d’Art Santa Mònica in Barcelona, from 29/04/06 to 20/05/06.
